In a split-level house, dog ownership can be managed by designating specific areas for the dog to stay and play. For example, the lower level or basement can be set up as a designated dog area with a bed, toys, and food and water bowls. Additionally, installing a pet gate at the top of the stairs can help keep the dog contained to certain areas of the house. It's also important to establish a routine for walking and exercising the dog to ensure they get enough physical activity despite the layout of the house. **

In a high-rise building, dog ownership is typically managed through building rules and regulations set by the homeowners' association or building management. These rules may include restrictions on the size or breed of dogs allowed, designated pet areas for walking and waste disposal, and noise regulations to ensure minimal disturbance to other residents. Owners are usually required to register their dogs with the building management and provide proof of vaccinations and licenses. Regular inspections may also be conducted to ensure compliance with the rules. **

10g of grain kernels burn only with difficulty because the outer husk of the grain acts as a barrier, making it harder for the heat to penetrate and ignite the inner starchy material. On the other hand, 10g of dry flour burns well because the milling process breaks down the grain into smaller particles, increasing the surface area and making it easier for the flour to ignite and burn. Additionally, the absence of the outer husk in flour allows for easier access to the starchy material, promoting better combustion. **
